Zakynthos Beaches:
Gaidaros: Donkey Beach is sand and in some places there is little pebbles. The water is shallow, warm and clear. It is well organized with sun beds and umbrellas as well as some water sports.
Municipal Beach: The public beach island suitable for those who want to stay in the city limits. The beach is quite busy because it is located within the city. It consists of sand combined with a few pebbles. The water is crystal clear and blue.

Makris Gialos: Makris Gialos is a small, picturesque beach is situated 25 km north of Zakynthos town enclosed in a small creek. It consists of sand and pebbles and the water is crystal blue and relatively deep.
