Archontiko Roma:
The mansion was built during the decade of 1660 by an English merchant in England in Zakynthos, Robert John Geoffrey.



Purchased by Alexander Roma in 1880 and since then the seat of the family. The house beyond its historical significance to the modern history of the island, represents a unique example of large urban mansion-house, left in Zakynthos after the earthquakes of 1953

Post Byzantine Museum: Standing in Solomos Square we will admire the imposing building that houses the Post Byzantine Museum. The building of the pre-earthquake museum collapsed with the destructive earthquake in 1953. After the earthquake, it was rebuilt from scratch in the same position and its architectural form was looked after Manolis Hatzidakis. The post-earthquake museum was opened to the public in 1960.



Nautical Museum: The Milaneio Maritime Museum is located at Tsilivi, 7 km. northeast of the town of Zakynthos. Founder of the museum is Anthony Miller, who gave his name to it. It is the only Greek museum of its kind that plays at sea history from the 17th century to today.



Saint Dionysios Museum: The building of the monastery of speed and the church of St. Dionysios of Zakynthos town was founded in 1979, the church museum contains relics of this monastery. The museum was founded at the desire of the then guided Daniel Giants and the initiative of Metropolitan Panteleimon of Zakynthos. The museum is housed in the hall on the ground floor of the main building of the monastery. There are several items of paintings, and textiles argyroglyptikis.



Xenopoulos Museum: The Museum of the well-known Greek writer Grigorios Xenopoulos (1867-1951) is situated at the district of Faneromeni in the town of Zakynthos. The Museum contains manuscripts, publications of his work and personal belongings of the writer as well as period furniture from Xenopoulos family house.



Solomos Museum: The first thought to create museum of Solomos recorded in the year 1903, when donated by ASPASIA SORDINA RIEGLER manuscripts of the national poet establishing relevant museum to celebrate the centenary of his birth. The museum kept many relics of history and culture of Zakynthos, donations from various individuals and relevant agencies.



Helmis Natural Museum: The Helmis Natural History is the museum of natural history in Zakynthos.
Launched on 32 November 2000 by Panagiotis Helmi housed in Agia Marina Zakynthos, a beautiful traditional building. The collections include sections of flora and fauna of the nature of Zakynthos.
