Historical Museum: The Historical Museum of Paxoi was established by island’s Cultural Association in 1996. It is roofed under a traditional building of 1906. The exhibits reveal the island’s history, as it hosts findings from the prehistoric time and the classic ages, until Balcanian wars and the Epic of 1940. One of the most important exhibits is the Resolution of the Ionian Parliament for the addition of the Ionian Islands to the Greek State in 1864.
